




















almond butter protein ::『アーモンドバター』:: pastel de mantequilla de almendras
This recipe is easy to double. Both (!) of my kids like to bake sweet treats – so, something with just a few ingredients, that both kids can work-on – is always a win-win.
- 1.5 Cups (450 g) of Chocolate Almond Butter (I found this at Target, near the peanut butter).
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Flour (50g)
- Chocolate Chips for ganache
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a {9×13} baking pan with oil.
Mix chocolate almond butter and egg. Add flour, continue to stir. A dough should form. Transfer the batter to your baking pan. Press the two doughs together to make a large pan of brownies.
Bake dough at 350°F – for 20-25 minutes. Let cool, and freeze any leftovers after 3 days.
