self portrait ::『自画像』:: auto-retrato
Materials:
- Heavy Weight Paper or Canvas
- Paint & Paint Brushes
Paint a picture of yourself! Start with your head … then draw a faint line down the center of your shape, then again across. Where do the eyes go? Try on the horizontal line, one on each side of the center line. The nose? Feel your nose, where does it start? Try to draw this? And your mouth? Try drawing another faint line half-way between the center line and the bottom of your shape. Try placing your mouth here.
It’s OK, be abstract! Create a mood for yourself, or a filter … enjoy!
