Hot Pot :: なべ :: estofado
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
- Plain Chicken Stock, or Dashi Stock
- Cabbage
- Mushrooms
- Sliced Carrots
- Medium-Firm Tofu
- Thin Sliced Pork Belly

How To:
- Place all ingredients into pot.
- Bring to a simmer, and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Use fine mesh skimmer to remove foam and scrum.
- Garnish with ponzu and Japanese 7-spice seasoning.
- Serve with warm steamed rice, or glass noodles.
