Greens :: ケール :: col rizada
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- Smoked turkey leg, or smoked ham hock (pre-cooked)
- Chicken stock
- 3-4 Bunches of dark leafy greens, such as collard greens or kale.
- 1/2C Apple cider vinegar
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Old Bay spice
- Salt & Pepper

How To:
- Add greens to the pot with ham hock or turkey leg.
- Add enough chicken stock to cover the greens.
- Add other ingredients, stir.
- Using the One Pot pressure cooker, cook greens for 6 minutes on high.
