Vegetal: Dark Leafy Greens

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Smoked turkey leg, or smoked ham hock (pre-cooked)
  2. Chicken stock
  3. 3-4 Bunches of dark leafy greens, such as collard greens or kale.
  4. 1/2C Apple cider vinegar
  5. 3 Cloves garlic, minced
  6. 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  7. 1 tsp Worcestershire
  8. 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  9. 1 tsp Old Bay spice
  10. Salt & Pepper


How To:

  1. Add greens to the pot with ham hock or turkey leg.
  2. Add enough chicken stock to cover the greens.
  3. Add other ingredients, stir.
  4. Using the One Pot pressure cooker, cook greens for 6 minutes on high.
