Cashew Chicken

Wok Fried Chicken :: カシューナッツチキン :: pollo con anacardos

Prep Time: 5 minute

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken
  2. 1/2 C Cashews
  3. 1 – 2T Fish Sauce (or 2 tsp Oyster Sauce)
  4. 1 – 2T Garlic Paste (or 3-4 finely chopped fresh garlic)
  5. 1 – 2 tsp Ground Pepper


How To:

  1. Marinate Chicken in Fish Sauce for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in pan/wok.
  3. Add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken, brown on all sides.
  5. Add cashews and pepper.
  6. Cover, allowing a bit of steam to escape. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, rotating chicken occasionally.
  7. Serve over warm steamed rice.
