Wok Fried Chicken :: カシューナッツチキン :: pollo con anacardos
Prep Time: 5 minute
Ingredients:
- Chicken
- 1/2 C Cashews
- 1 – 2T Fish Sauce (or 2 tsp Oyster Sauce)
- 1 – 2T Garlic Paste (or 3-4 finely chopped fresh garlic)
- 1 – 2 tsp Ground Pepper

How To:
- Marinate Chicken in Fish Sauce for about 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in pan/wok.
- Add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken, brown on all sides.
- Add cashews and pepper.
- Cover, allowing a bit of steam to escape. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, rotating chicken occasionally.
- Serve over warm steamed rice.
