Mini on the Meats: Kimchi Soup

Prep Time: 5 minutes


Chicken Stock

2- 3 cloves Garlic


Ground pork (optional)

1.25C Kimchi

Sliced Mushrooms (optional)

2 eggs (optional)

Not sure what to do with kimchi? This soup gives you all the flavor, and is a full “one-pot” meal…

How To:

  1. Saute garlic in pan with a bit of neutral oil.
  2. Add ground pork (if using), cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add kimchi, mix with pork for about 1 minute.
  4. Add additional vegetables, and tofu, mix-in.
  5. Add chicken stock, simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  7. Drizzle eggs over top of the soup, allow to sit for about 1 minute to cook through. Do not stir.
  8. Serve hot.
